Job overview
The Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor and Delivery role is onsite in Greeley, CO. Pay is $2,300–$2,400 per week. The nurse joins a maternal care team supporting mothers and newborns through childbirth and the immediate postpartum period. The role exists to provide comprehensive care during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. The nurse monitors maternal and fetal health, assists with deliveries, and supports patients and families through the childbirth process.
What you'll do
- Assess and monitor patients during labor and delivery
- monitor fetal heart tones and maternal vital signs
- assist physicians and midwives with vaginal and cesarean deliveries
- administer ordered medications and treatments
- provide postpartum and newborn care
- educate patients and families
- document care in the EMR
- collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

Why this role
