What you'll do

• Monitor facility entry and exit and surveillance systems
• greet clients and guests
• maintain visitor logs
• answer and direct calls
• monitor resident and guest conduct
• notify supervisors of incidents
• assist residents with maintenance work orders
• manage mail and packages
• document routine occurrences and security alerts
• conduct building walkthroughs
• use Mandt techniques to de-escalate potential crises.
