What you'll do

• Lead delivery of the Paste Plant, Leach Circuit upgrade, and related infrastructure
• develop project execution plans
• manage project lifecycle, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal resources
• oversee schedule, cost, procurement, change, risk, quality, and reporting
• review designs and resolve technical issues
• lead operational readiness, commissioning support, handover, and close-out
• coach project team members and promote safety.
