What you'll do

• Prepare documented general journal entries
• maintain balance-sheet reconciliations and investigate reconciling items
• maintain recurring general-ledger schedules
• assist with financial statements, account analyses, and variance explanations
• support monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• coordinate with operations and supply-chain personnel on inventory and operating costs
• assist with year-end audits and accounts receivable/payable
• maintain the fixed-assets subledger and policy documentation
• analyze financial data using Excel.
