What you'll do

• Provide courteous service in person, by mail, and by telephone
• process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and share withdrawals
• balance cash and checks
• respond to member correspondence and basic account questions
• record member activity
• identify potential sales opportunities and refer members
• follow security, CTR, SAR, and Bank Secrecy Act procedures.
