The Foodservice Meat Cutter / Butcher role is onsite in West Palm Beach, FL. Pay is $18–$22 per hour. The position supports Bush Brothers’ production team at its USDA-inspected processing facility, supplying portion-controlled meat products to foodservice customers. The role fabricates and prepares meat and poultry products to customer specifications and company quality standards. Accurate cutting, portioning, labeling, and safe handling help the production team meet daily schedules while maintaining product quality and food safety.

What you'll do

• Fabricate steaks, roasts, chops, poultry, and other products
• trim and portion sub-primal cuts
• complete custom orders to customer specifications
• follow production schedules
• weigh, portion, and label products
• inspect quality and freshness
• follow USDA and company food safety requirements
• rotate, handle, and store products
• safely operate knives, saws, and processing equipment
• clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• communicate quality, equipment, or safety concerns
• collaborate with Production, Packaging, Warehouse, and Food Safety teams.
