What you'll do

• Depending on experience, appear in California state court for hearings, trial calls, and final status conferences
• draft and respond to discovery
• review opposing submissions
• assist with motions and trial preparation
• independently prepare, draft, and argue substantive motions
• lead case strategy and trial preparation
• represent clients in hearings and trial calls
• mentor and supervise junior attorneys.
