What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding as needed
• provide medication assistance and basic health support under facility policies
• monitor and report changes in condition
• check and document vital signs as directed
• perform light housekeeping and meal support
• coordinate appointments when directed
• provide companionship and encourage activities
• maintain service documentation and follow facility policies.

Why this role
