What you'll do

• Develop survivor-services strategy, priorities, workplans, and performance measures
• oversee access, referrals, waitlists, continuity of care, coverage, and escalation
• monitor demand, caseloads, outcomes, and feedback
• maintain policies and compliance
• supervise managers and staff
• oversee grant implementation, deliverables, budgets, and reporting
• participate in executive planning and represent STAR in community partnerships.
