The Program Analyst – Counter-Insider Threat, Law Enforcement, Security role is onsite at Camp Smith Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam in Honolulu, HI. Compensation is not specified. The analyst reports to the company Project Manager and supports the Counter-Insider Threat Program; a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required. The analyst reviews and assesses program cases, data, and records to identify trends, validate analytical findings, and support compliance and operational effectiveness. Audits, documentation, and reporting help the program and its Case Manager monitor investigations and communicate results.

What you'll do

• Review, prioritize, and document insider threat situations
• analyze program data and files for anomalies and trends
• validate findings and analytical assessments
• use program checklists and analytical tools
• record monthly working-group minutes and report to the Case Manager
• conduct weekly and monthly audits of investigations, processes, and records
• prepare weekly open-investigation reports and an annual report using the specified HQ USINDOPACOM template
• coordinate facility visits and base access, and escort uncleared visitors as needed.
