What you'll do

• Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
• re-image devices
• install and configure equipment and applications
• troubleshoot Windows, hardware, and enterprise applications
• document incidents in service management systems
• manage tickets against SLAs
• support O365, Active Directory, networking, printers, events, and disaster recovery
• and coordinate with vendors and Level 3 teams.
