The Behavioral Health Treatment Liaison, Adolescent Program role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is $42,000–$48,000 per year. NorthStar Behavioral Health serves clients in Hamilton County and the Greater Cincinnati area and supports youth through its Adolescent Behavioral Health Program. The liaison connects youth with behavioral health treatment and community resources, helping them access assessment, ongoing support, and services that address their needs.

What you'll do

• Educate youth, families, and community members about behavioral health conditions, treatment options, and resources
• attend community events and provide screening
• refer youth for formal assessments when needed
• develop treatment goals and track outcomes
• teach life skills
• connect youth with prosocial activities
• and provide emotional support and crisis intervention.
