What you'll do

• Prioritize nursing care for assigned critically ill patients
• Demonstrate decision making, critical thinking, and clinical judgment
• Evaluate and document patient response to care
• Formulate and coordinate patient's Plan of Care
• Monitor EKG, recognize rhythms, and intervene as needed
• Assist physicians with procedures
• Ensure equipment is functioning properly
• Collaborate with critical care team members.
