Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and support project teams on safety, quality control, and schedule adherence
• interpret plans and specifications
• coordinate stakeholders, equipment, materials, and progress
• manage budgets and cost-effective plans
• obtain permits and approvals
• prepare meeting agendas, project documents, progress reports, quantity take-offs, and unit pricing
• negotiate subcontracts and change orders
• review submittals
• mentor assistant project managers and project engineers
• and comply with safety programs, OSHA guidelines, and company standards.

Why this role
