What you'll do

• Provide emotional support, companionship, and customer service
• act as a liaison between residents and facility departments
• assist with non-clinical requests
• welcome and support new admissions
• conduct follow-up visits and coordinate with departments
• walk facility floors to monitor resident experience
• support admissions by obtaining signed agreements
• communicate resident concerns and requests.
