What you'll do

• Perform rapid assessment and triage based on acuity and clinical needs
• monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, respiratory status, and changes in condition
• administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and emergency interventions
• respond to trauma, cardiac emergencies, and other critical situations
• coordinate care with physicians and the emergency healthcare team
• provide patient and family education, emotional support, and discharge instructions
• maintain clinical documentation and follow emergency care, infection-control, and patient-safety standards.
