What you'll do

• Clean office, amenity, and common areas
• clean and sanitize common-area bathrooms
• vacuum carpets and mop hard floors
• spot-clean walls, windows, doors, and high-touch surfaces
• dust and empty trash
• clean fixtures and vents as needed
• assist with trash pickup and grounds cleanliness
• clean vacant apartments for move-in
• maintain utility settings in vacant units
• monitor cleaning supply inventory and notify management when restocking is needed
• report service requests and safety or community concerns
• participate in weekly on-call duties when required.
