What you'll do

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement
• investigate liability, damages, and case value
• analyze medical records and evidence
• develop case strategy
• draft and review demand packages and legal documents
• negotiate with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
• evaluate settlement offers
• explain the legal process and keep clients informed
• collaborate with legal assistants, case managers, medical professionals, lien negotiators, and attorneys.
