The RN supports resident care by supervising and supporting nursing assistants, coordinating individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team, completing assessments and documentation, and monitoring residents for changes in condition.

What you'll do

• Supervise and support CNAs
• collaborate on individualized care plans
• ensure assessments are completed on time
• prepare for physician rounds
• initiate consultations or referrals as appropriate
• complete documentation and reports
• deliver nursing care within scope and facility policy
• monitor resident condition and notify providers as needed.
