Hotel General Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee the hotel’s full P&L across rooms, food and beverage, sales and marketing, maintenance, guest relations, and administration
• pursue profitability, cash-flow, and revenue goals
• lead department heads and oversee hiring, reviews, training, and development
• develop annual and long-range plans
• review revenue reports and coordinate accounting, inventories, statements, and payroll
• address guest issues
• maintain safety, facilities, compliance, and vendor relationships
• represent the hotel in the community and communicate with corporate.
