What you'll do

• Coordinate employees working from construction drawings
• compare construction drawings with sales design drawings
• check delivered materials against take-offs and report shortages
• establish and follow a schedule with the General Manager
• maintain an orderly and safe job site
• maintain positive customer relations
• refer problems to the General Manager
• comply with the signed subcontractor agreement.
