Senior Harnessing Technician

Job overview

The Senior Harnessing Technician role is onsite in Redondo Beach or Cypress, CA. Compensation is $30–$45 per hour. Senra Systems uses software configuration to support electrical wire harness manufacturing and help customers design and receive harness builds quickly. The technician serves as a technical leader on the production floor, completing complex builds, mentoring junior technicians, and supporting new product introduction with engineering. The role helps set standards for build quality, speed, and technical execution while identifying production issues and improving documentation and output.

What you'll do

• Execute complex harness builds with minimal guidance
• lead floor training and mentor apprentice and harnessing technicians
• partner with Engineering on new product introduction and first-article builds
• identify, escalate, and help solve build and design issues
• support updates to build documentation
• champion 5S, safety, and quality initiatives
• support projects to improve output and delivery.
