IT Implementation and Deployment Technician

The IT Implementation and Deployment Technician role is based onsite in Cincinnati, OH, with deployments at client locations. Salary is $40,000–$45,000 annually, based on experience. MIS Solutions is a managed IT services provider supporting approximately 100 managed partners. The technician stages, configures, validates, and deploys client devices to support consistent, secure, and scalable implementations. The role coordinates with project managers, service desk leaders, and client contacts to support onboarding, refresh, and replacement projects while minimizing disruption to users.

What you'll do

• Inspect and track client hardware
• apply asset tags and document serial numbers
• prepare devices using client configuration checklists
• deploy operating systems and configure directory, productivity, security, and network tools
• validate devices against deployment and cybersecurity requirements
• deliver and install equipment at client sites
• support end users during onboarding
• update tickets, project tasks, and asset records
• communicate timelines and escalate issues as needed.
