Receptionist — Evening and Weekend

The Receptionist — Evening and Weekend role is onsite in Boston, MA, for 20 hours per week. Compensation is $21.54–$23.69 per hour. The receptionist supports Fenway Health’s Patient Services team by assisting patients and visitors and managing end-of-day front-desk processes. The role directs patients, handles approved cab and travel requests, manages document sign-in and sign-out, and secures confidential information. It helps maintain an orderly, welcoming reception experience and supports clinic operations during evening and Saturday hours.

What you'll do

• Close the receptionist station according to clinic hours
• make overhead paging announcements and engage the alarm
• manage rear-door security access
• oversee patient document pickup
• handle approved patient cab and travel requests
• secure confidential information
• greet and direct patients and visitors
• provide accurate service and provider information
• refer difficult situations to a supervisor
• maintain confidentiality and shared reception space.
