What you'll do

• Prepare, distribute, and audit facility action plans
• conduct monthly marketing meetings
• plan and direct facility marketing programs
• support customer satisfaction surveys
• coordinate quarterly meetings with hospital case management and social work directors
• develop physician relationships and specialty programs
• manage territory liaisons, updates, referral logs, field shadowing, and sales training
• develop census action plans
• maintain marketing materials
• coordinate long-range census plans with facility and corporate leaders
• serve as liaison to administrators and medical staff.
