What you'll do

• Lead nursing and clinical operations across a multi-state portfolio
• mentor Regional Clinical Directors, Directors of Nursing, and other clinical leaders
• develop clinical strategies
• maintain regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• improve quality measures
• lead QAPI initiatives
• partner with operations, finance, human resources, and executive leadership
• support acquisitions and facility integrations.
