What you'll do

• Review prior-day job reports for billing
• coordinate with technicians to finalize labor, parts, and notes
• take customer calls and create jobs
• manage dispatch and technician schedules
• forecast work based on weather and workload
• order parts and lifts
• process purchase orders
• assist with repair quotes
• create customer and property records
• provide weekly reports
• process and invoice repair quotes
• follow up with customers and suppliers on warranty items and quotes.

Why this role
