What you'll do

• Complete assigned disease-state and product training
• deliver approved educational messages and disease-state information to healthcare providers
• partner with Vertex employees on business plans
• share product and clinical information and appropriate tools
• support provider understanding of treatment gaps
• meet call activity, adherence, and brand performance objectives
• process and follow up on sample and literature requests
• maintain customer-call database entries
• provide feedback to team leadership
• comply with company, PDMA, compliance, and regulatory policies
• manage an assigned virtual territory.
