What you'll do

• Business Planning & Account Leadership: Use digital tools and data-based insights to create opportunities, develop strategy & tactics, and allocate resources to maximize sales performance.
• Selling: Deliver clear and compelling messages, probe customer needs, handle objections, and close calls to drive behavior changes.
• Customer Development: Build and maintain productive relationships with key customers.
• Local Market & Therapeutic Area Expertise: Gather market trends, map account linkages, and apply therapeutic knowledge.
• Reimbursement: Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and address payer access issues.
• Pharmaceutical Environment/Compliance: Apply knowledge of the pharmaceutical and regulatory environment and adhere to policies.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience

4+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
