The Direct Care Worker role is onsite in the South Lansing area of Holt, MI, on the second shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Pay is $17.13 per hour. Alternative Services supports adults with disabilities in small group homes and is dedicated to helping people with disabilities live meaningful lives. The worker assists residents with daily living, personal care, household tasks, medication administration, and community activities. The role contributes to residents’ well-being by supporting their rights, dignity, privacy, and participation.

• Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene and basic health needs
