What you'll do

• Advise plant leaders on HR matters and people management
• maintain a production-floor presence
• lead employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution
• support recruiting, onboarding, retention, performance management, leadership development, and training
• oversee HR compliance and processes
• coordinate workers’ compensation, leave, accommodations, and return-to-work
• analyze workforce metrics and recommend improvements.
