What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end purchasing for assigned materials, including sourcing, supplier relationships, purchase orders, delivery follow-up, and issue resolution. Monitor demand, inventory, safety stock, lead times, and open orders
• conduct cycle counts and physical inventories
• investigate variances
• and report purchasing KPIs. Coordinate with Production, Quality and Food Safety, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Planning.
