What you'll do

• Greet guests
• manage entry flow, reservations, and guest expectations with hosts
• maintain a composed presence
• communicate policies and wait times respectfully
• monitor guest behavior and venue safety
• identify and de-escalate potential disruptions
• enforce conduct, capacity, and safety policies
• conduct ID checks and support age verification when required
• coordinate with hosts, managers, and bar teams
• assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
