What you'll do

• Work with the dietary manager to prepare meals and beverages
• serve meals while maintaining sanitation and quality standards
• store stock appropriately
• record meals served and monitor food temperatures
• clean assigned dining areas and wash dishes and utensils
• maintain sanitation
• participate in menu planning
• assist with kitchen upkeep and dining-area setup and breakdown
• deliver food to residents’ rooms
• prepare and serve snacks
• and take inventory of food and kitchen supplies.
