What you'll do

• Repair vehicles across warranty, customer-pay, and internal repair orders
• diagnose on- and off-brand vehicles
• identify and communicate necessary repairs to service advisors
• work with advisors, management, and dealership personnel to support inventory health, customer experience, and dealership CSI.
