What you'll do

• Provide direct clinical treatment using the I-FAST model
• assess clients and families, including strengths and concerns in their ecological context
• incorporate cultural factors into engagement and care
• provide individual and family psychotherapy
• develop partnerships with community resources
• engage caregivers, family members, supports, and agency staff in treatment
• plan and evaluate cases weekly
• participate in training, supervision, consultation, documentation, program evaluation, and team meetings
• collaborate to ensure access to support 24 hours a day, seven days a week as needed
• meet billing productivity requirements.
