What you'll do

• Lead global post-marketing case processing from intake through reporting and closure
• develop and maintain workflows, procedures, and work instructions
• establish quality review frameworks
• ensure compliance with GVP, FDA requirements, and company SOPs
• manage client meetings and projects
• mentor colleagues
• identify process efficiencies
• and apply expertise in safety databases, MedDRA, and WHO drug dictionary coding.
