Get Out the Vote Field Director — Alaska

What you'll do

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of 20–30 canvassers
• set goals and hold staff accountable
• provide ongoing motivation and support
• identify and train team leaders
• foster an equitable and respectful team culture
• implement quality-control measures
• canvass in the field a few days per week to register voters, train staff, and support office goals
• develop strategic plans for target voters and constituencies
• maintain a safe work environment
• report data, keep records, process payroll, and distribute materials.
