What you'll do

• Coordinate daily production schedules and communicate priorities
• monitor production across departments
• review production needs and inventory
• help resolve bottlenecks and scheduling conflicts
• oversee order preparation and packing
• verify order accuracy and coordinate corrections
• conduct quality checks
• follow food safety and fulfillment procedures
• coordinate with delivery partners, retail staff, and internal stakeholders.
