The Customer Service Casino Gaming Associate role is onsite in San Bruno, CA. Pay is $24–$26 per hour. Training is Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–6 p.m.; the role requires availability for late-night and overnight shifts and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Knighted Ventures provides gaming associates to California card rooms. The associate monitors live table games, verifies wagers and payouts, manages chips and table banks, and corrects rule or procedure violations. Accurate game oversight and attentive guest service support compliant, consistent card-room operations.

What you'll do

• Monitor live casino table games
• correct dealers when rules or procedures are broken
• calculate payouts, wagers, and bet verification using mental math
• learn and retain certified game rules and procedures
• manage chips
• reconcile table banks and chip inventory
• maintain guest service and accuracy under pressure
• maintain a state gaming license.
