The Produce Clerk role is onsite in Paola, KS. Pay is $13–$16 per hour. The position supports the store’s fresh and packaged fruit and vegetable department. The clerk helps create a strong customer experience through service, product knowledge, rotation, merchandising, and shrink control. Maintaining clean, safe displays and a sanitary department helps encourage customers to return and supports produce sales.

What you'll do

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service
• learn product seasonality, use, and taste
• display merchandise attractively and neatly
• rotate produce and help control shrink
• maintain housekeeping and sanitation standards
• follow store safety policies and scheduled department hours
• work in a cold environment and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
