Team Lead — CAVA Restaurant

Job overview

The Team Lead role is onsite in Columbus, OH. Compensation is $19 per hour. CAVA serves Mediterranean-inspired cuisine and emphasizes quality ingredients and guest experience. The Team Lead helps restaurant managers lead daily operations, support team development, and ensure service, food safety, and hospitality standards are carried out for guests and team members.

What you'll do

• Work with managers and team members to provide hospitality and quality food
• coach, develop, and cross-train team members
• support opening and closing, food orders, inventory, and cash handling as needed
• reinforce food safety and cleanliness
• help resolve issues
• support shift deployment and timely food service.
