What you'll do

• Build positive relationships with members and enforce member expectations
• maintain a safe, positive program
• support social and emotional development
• maintain attendance records
• provide swim lessons for shallow- and deep-water swimmers
• supervise free swim
• conduct tournaments, contests, and group games
• support weekly clubs or teams and an annual lifesaving/safety course
• follow pool safety and maintenance procedures
• clean the deck
• secure the pool area
• maintain displays and storage areas
• maintain equipment and make minor repairs.
