Job overview

The Driver role is primarily vehicle-based, with on- and off-campus transportation based from Grove City, PA and trips across state lines. Compensation is $17.50–$18.50 per hour. George Junior Republic and its affiliates provide opportunities for success and wellness to the individuals, families, and communities they serve. The driver transports people served and staff to appointments, court appearances, family visits, admissions, discharges, and other destinations. The role contributes to safe transportation and supports the needs of people served while they are under the driver’s supervision.

What you'll do

• Transport people served on and off campus
• maintain safety and security during trips
• communicate with the auto shop about vehicle issues as needed
• operate vehicles in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• follow agency policies and procedures
• maintain professionalism.
