What you'll do

• Make resident rounds
• verify resident identity before care
• assist with dressing, meals, hydration, hygiene, toileting, bathing, and mobility
• keep residents and their surroundings clean
• answer call lights
• reposition bedfast residents
• document intake, output, and other required information
• follow infection-control procedures
• and report complaints, injuries, hazards, and other concerns to nursing leadership.
