Leasing Representative

What you'll do

• Assess client space requirements and recommend properties
• present to prospective tenants and brokers
• prepare and review proposals, leases, amendments, and related documents
• negotiate lease terms
• coordinate interior design planning and construction budgeting
• evaluate vacant spaces and recommend improvements
• collaborate with internal departments
• maintain tenant relationships and participate in networking events.
