The programmer ensures high-quality production by generating CNC programs, troubleshooting shop floor issues, and leading process improvement projects to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.

What you'll do

• Program and process development for large VTL, VBM, and 5-axis gantry machines.
• Generate and maintain CNC programs using NX-CAM.
• Verify programs using Vericut.
• Provide operator training and troubleshooting support.
• Implement tooling and fixturing requirements.
• Lead process improvement projects.
