What you'll do

• Oversee clinical care and daily operations of an assigned nursing unit
• supervise nursing and support staff
• conduct resident assessments and ensure care plans are implemented and updated
• communicate changes in resident condition
• review orders, laboratory results, incident reports, and quality indicators
• coordinate admissions, discharges, transfers, and services
• support documentation, medication management, regulatory compliance, staff education, infection control, and quality improvement.
