What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive mental health medication management through 60-minute intake and regular follow-up appointments
• conduct risk assessments and psychiatric medication evaluations
• provide longitudinal medication treatment
• create patient-centered treatment plans
• document recommendations, message patients, and prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
• use evidence-based medication treatment and clinical best practices.
