Primary Operator, Level II, Night Shift

The Primary Operator, Level II role is onsite in Strongsville, OH, working 24/7 night shifts from 5:45 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Pay is $18.40–$25.80 per hour, with overtime and a 30% shift differential when working an off-shift. Swagelok manufactures fluid-system components for industrial applications. The operator runs and monitors manufacturing equipment, inspects finished parts, and follows quality and safety procedures. The work supports reliable production by identifying issues, escalating them to support associates, and completing routine machine care and production records.

What you'll do

• Participate in shift start-up meetings and provide or receive shift handoff reports
• operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to standard work
• follow quality plans and specifications
• inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment
• monitor machine outputs and identify quality, machining, tooling, or process issues
• escalate issues to support associates
• complete preventive maintenance and routine machine care
• document production activities and maintain manufacturing records
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
